The assured teacher program has now certified four accomplished permaculture educators: Aline Vamo, Looby Macnamara, and Tom Henfrey and Dominik Jais. These teachers have been recognized for their contributions to permaculture education, having successfully completed the peer-reviewed assurance process.

Calling all permaculture educators and practitioners! The European Permaculture Network (EuPN) is gathering insights on the essential requirements for the Permaculture Design Course (PDC). If you're involved in teaching or coordinating a PDC, we need your input.

The European Permaculture Network (EuPN) has completed a survey of institutions that issue Diplomas in Applied Permaculture Design. The survey provides insights into the varying practices across Europe and highlights the similarities and unique approaches of diploma-issuing bodies. The results reflect the adaptability of permaculture education, offering students multiple pathways toward certification.

After months of dedicated effort, we are happy to announce the relaunch of the permateachers.eu website on a new and improved platform.

The updated site now features a dedicated section for session plans. All members of the European Permaculture Network (EuPN) can log in with their existing accounts to add their session plans and contribute new content to the "Teacher’s Handbook.”
