Founded in 1995 by local permaculture pioneers, Hrvatska permakultura (Croatian Permaculture) is dedicated to personal and professional development of permaculture practitioners and their networking within Croatia, European Union and Southeastern Europe.
Since 2013 it operates as adult education platform for permaculture, urban and rural community development and effective collaboration in groups. Croatian Permaculture is active in network weaving at translocal level (within Croatia) and transnational level, and is one of the signatories of the Croatian Permaculture Diploma system.
Transition Hub in Croatia and Perforum.info are independent collectives that are fiscally hosted by Croatian Permaculture, non-profit association registered in Croatia.

Originally I trained in physics, but after university decided to pursue activism instead. Around 2011 I made another personal transition and switched from protest and policy based environmental activism to permaculture and Transition, working in Croatia and the neighbouring countries.
