Founded in 1995 by local permaculture pioneers, Hrvatska permakultura (Croatian Permaculture) is dedicated to personal and professional development of permaculture practitioners and their networking within Croatia, European Union and Southeastern Europe.
Since 2013 it operates as adult education platform for permaculture, urban and rural community development and effective collaboration in groups. Croatian Permaculture is active in network weaving at translocal level (within Croatia) and transnational level, and is one of the signatories of the Croatian Permaculture Diploma system.
Transition Hub in Croatia and Perforum.info are independent collectives that are fiscally hosted by Croatian Permaculture, non-profit association registered in Croatia.
The the International Permaculture Collaborative Laboratory, also known as CoLab, explores and develops tools for collaboration, both online and in person, in alignment with permaculture ethics.
Permaculture in New Zealand (PiNZ) is the oldest national permaculture organisation in the world.
