Permaculture for Academia conference with the preceding survey was organized on 29-30.09.2018 in Kyiv, Ukraine. It was focused on the academic and vocational adult permaculture education, primarily in the Visegrad counties and in Ukraine.
We have launched a common network of permaculture education and demonstration centers for the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Ukraine, with 100+ sites included so far.
The Ghana Permaculture Institute together with its project partner SONED implemented the project named “Poverty reduction through sustainable development in rural areas of Ghana” from September 01, 2014 to March 31, 2018 funded by BMZ Germany. To achieve its objective of contributing to poverty reduction through education and empowerment while improving resource, forest, environmental and climate protection in Ghana, three major measures with their planned workshops were implemented.
