A Living Collection of Permaculture Designs
At the European Permaculture Network, we’ve added a new feature to the platform: designs.
Members who choose to be listed in the designer directory can now upload a recent design. The idea is straightforward: show real work, grounded in real contexts.

New organisation profiles now available on the EuPN website
Observe and interact – website traffic at the EuPN in 2025
While the new year is still fresh, I took some time to look back. At the European Permaculture Network (EuPN), we track site visits via Matomo. Matomo is a privacy-focuse open-source alternative to Google Analytics. Since we also host the EuPN on our own server, we have access to the raw server log files as well.
Write your own permaculture blog at the EuPN
We’re excited to share that all EuPN members can now publish their own blog posts on the platform!
Your blog will appear directly on your member profile – for example, you can find Nick’s blog at: permaculture-network.eu/permaculturist/1951/blog. There’s also a central blog stream where you can explore posts from all members: permaculture-network.eu/blog.

The revival of permateachers.eu!
After months of dedicated effort, we are happy to announce the relaunch of the permateachers.eu website on a new and improved platform.
The updated site now features a dedicated section for session plans. All members of the European Permaculture Network (EuPN) can log in with their existing accounts to add their session plans and contribute new content to the "Teacher’s Handbook.”

Resurrecting Permateachers.eu - translator volunteers needed
The www.permateachers.eu website was created years back during the European Permaculture Teachers’ Partnership (short: ‘EPT’, European PC Teachers). While the software has been updated over the years the content hasn't.
The aim is to bring the system onto a multi-lingual platform and allow teachers that are with the EuPN to add new content. Access to the new site will be given via the EuPN website.
