Hi, I'm Mark D'Cruz.
I'm a permaculture designer, educator, and regenerative systems consultant based in Central Portugal, where I steward Vila Pinheiro – a homestead integrating permaculture, Vrikshayurveda, and sustainable technologies. With a background in business computing, bonsai cultivation, and ecological design, I bridge traditional wisdom with modern innovation to create resilient, life-supporting systems.

I'm joining the European Permaculture Network to connect with like-minded practitioners, share knowledge, and contribute actively to the growth of permaculture across Europe. I'm especially keen to collaborate on education, regenerative agriculture, and digital infrastructure that supports our shared mission.
