The grantees will work to: create a new Introductory Guide to replace the existing one, following a modular approach. This guide will explain common aspects found in all policy assessment guides; update the Renewable Energy Guide, adding insights on policy, technology, and market developments, as well as policy implementation costs. It will be made more user-friendly for developing countries with templates, case studies, training materials, and how-to videos; restructure the Renewable Energy Guide for easier use, following the format of the updated Agriculture guide, allowing users to access relevant sections based on their assessed policy type.
