PermaVEZ is an initiative dedicated to connecting, empowering, and coordinating the permaculture community in Serbia. Our vision is to create a vibrant, functional, and supportive network based on the principles of the commons and regenerative action. Our shared goals include:

  • Creating the conditions for gathering and activating the permaculture community in Serbia, grounded in the principles of the commons, solidarity, and mutual support.
  • Building a strong and committed team to carry this initiative forward and contribute to the development of permaculture culture and practice in our region.
  • Mapping permaculture practitioners in Serbia, to strengthen cooperation, knowledge exchange, and joint action.
  • Encouraging practitioners in Serbia to create personal and project profiles on the European Permaculture Network website, as a step towards increased visibility and networking.
  • Revitalizing the Permaculture Serbia Association – refreshing and strengthening its capacity for future work.
  • Actively participating in the design and development of the future regional organization “Permaculture Without Borders”, envisioned as an intentional development organization dedicated to the personal and professional growth of permaculture practitioners in the Balkans.

We warmly invite all who resonate with this vision to join us – together, we can do so much more!

I finished PDC in 2016, since then I have been practicing permaculture as a way of life. Since 2022, I have been living with my partner Aleksandar Todorović on a property near Sokobanja in Eastern Serbia, where we are renovating a neglected property using permaculture principles.
